In case the sim card arrives too late for your trip you can return it to us after your trip, after which we will fully refund you.
Orders are shipped out from Monday-Friday, when placed before 5 PM UTC+1.
DHL shipments will go out from Monday-Friday, when placed before 3 PM UTC+1.
If you are on a tight schedule for departure we can also ship to your destination (hotels etc.)

Standard insurance with all orders
All orders are insured meaning that in case of loss we will refund the order payment to you directly. Note that there is a period of 28 days after we call a package “lost”.
What if my package arrives too late for my trip?
You notify us about late delivery before your departure.
After your trip you return the envelope package to us with regular mail, once we receive the sim card we will refund the order to you.
We always advise to take a good look at the above shipping times and shipping guideline before ordering.
Different shipping address (e.g. hotel)
We can send your sim card by mail to your hotel or another address anywhere in the world. You will receive your sim card with your details clearly attached, including your arrival date. This is ideal for people that have no time to wait for their order to arrive in their home country. It has already been proven succesful for many of our customers.
Here is how it works
During your checkout you will be able to specify your hotel/staying address as your shipping address. We will then ship your order to your hotel, with your personal details clearly mentioned on the envelope package.
