I had trouble getting the card to work in the first place.

Once I finally did, I realized that sometimes my text messages were never received. They were also sent always from a different number, confusing everyone and making it very hard for people to contact me.

The mobile data never ever worked which was very frustrating.

So basically I was only able to use one function: calling other people. I was not contactable most of the time (people said they tried to ring me, but I received nothing), the texting was unreliable, and the internet did not work at all.

It was very good. I have no complaints

Support told me that if I did buy 1 gb ekstra the 30 days limit would be extended. That did not happen. So after 30 days. Used 10 gb the last 2 gb + the 1 go extra was gone and it did not work anymore

Found the website, ordered the cards, they came in 3 days, put them in the phones, was so easy.

Had an early glitch being unable to send TXT’s back to Australia, however a quick E Mail to Prepaidzero quickly had us back on track. Phone worked well almost everywhere, except in Montenegro ( not sure why) and even in Singapore on our way home. Very good valus compared with using our own SIM card overseas. Recommended and would certyainly buy another one next trip.

Very good. Arrived quickly, worked properly. „Tethering“ (using mobile device that uses Prepaidzero-Sim as Wifi-Hotspot for other devices), for which I paid extra, did not work!

Many areas did not have reception (roadtrip around Yellowstone national park) (which obviously is not the fault of Prepaidzero), so we had to download our music beforehand anyways, which we could usually do over hotel Wifi. That‘s why we didn‘t get all that much value out of it.

Worked as expected!
