Delivered promptly and worked from beginning on date assigned.

Not so easy to access information on web site.

The whole process was very easy. The device was usable many times at sea in the Baltic which was great. We used it on buses, in cafes (unless they had free wifi) and had good coverage most of the time.

Very impressive customer support!

I purchased a one month data only plan for Europe. The service was activated correctly when I landed in Europe and functioned as expected. The service was inactivated while I was in Croatia. I emailed for assistance a received very prompt and efficient service from Gabriel. Overall, I was very pleased.
