I used Prepaidzero during a 7 week holiday in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is the second time I have used them and I highly recommend. It’s so easy to install. Remove your current sim card, replace it with Prepaidzero, power up your phone and off you go. As simple as that.

I ordered a SIM card for a 4 week trip to Canada. Was an excellent solution. No problems with data transfer rate, connection and data network good enough to download Netflix films and all other internet tasks. On day one I had a small problem – my phone reported “no data”. An email I wrote was responded to immediately and my problem resolved within minutes. I just had to restart my phone.

The internet access was great, but the voice call quality was bad.
