Supported devices
Using your phone’s IMEI number you can check whether it’s compatible with T-Mobile USA.
For 4G/LTE T-Mobile requires support for 700/850/1700/1900 and 2100 MHz frequencies.

Phone must be marked as “fully compatible” to use data and phone services.
“Partial compatible” is not sufficient and in that case we can’t guarantee the SIM to work with all services.

Activation process
The SIM is activated from our website, we will activate your SIM on the date you provide in our activation form.
Instructions will be delivered with the SIM card. This can already be done from home/office in your own country.

The SIM is delivered all-inclusive, so you don’t need anything else for data and calls.
