over het algemeen zeer tevreden; goede en snelle service. De verzendkosten in NL zijn daarentegen belachelijk hoog, maar vaak staat daar een kortingscode tegenover. De afgelopen keer echter, is er niet gereageerd op mijn e-mail, en ik hoop dat dat eenmalig was. Normaal gesproken doet een simcard het uitstekend, maar afgelopen keer was de verbinding op Jersey waardeloos. Van de 10GB hebben we uiteindelijk maar 3GB kunnen gebruiken. De sterren-waardering doe ik over de complete tijd die ik met PZ heb meegemaakt.

Absolutely horrible. Worst customer experience ever. Card didn’t function properly even after asking about the card and the intended use beforehand during a chat on their website. After complaining they went completey silent on me after a couple of mails. Avoid this company at all costs, just not worth your time, energy and/or money.

The card worked well but the data got used up too quickly and I don’t understand why. 500MB ran out very quickly.

Unfortunately, the SIM Card arrived after I had already left home. I was able to return the card (as promised) and received a full refund. Thank you! Sorry but I can’t answer all the survey questions, as I did not actually use the card

Everything was smooth until I was unabke to activate. Set up accoubt requested to activate on 29 June but this did not happen

I bought an Italian sim card which despite specifying a delivery date 1 week prior to departure only arrived the day before we flew out. The sim card did not work and after a number of emails back and forth where I was giving unreasonable requests like to try the sim in an alternate device (which I did not have), I followed the instructions and returned the sim card. After chasing them up upon my return, I’ve been advised that they never received the sim card. Prepaidzero confirmed that my card was never activated or used, but has refused any refund without the sim card.
