Good Organisation ! Fast response in case of any problems.

First class all the way!!

Got the sim card for my MIFI Device. Delivery was fast, less than a week after ordering online. Followed the steps from the instructions in the package, which was very easy, really. Just insert the sim card into the MIFI device, switched on auto roaming, and it worked perfectly. My sojourning in Greece includes Athens, Santorini and Mykonos. The only time I’d experienced network issues was at the Acropolis and the airport of Santorini. It didn’t bothered me much. Overall, I had an excellent, hassle-free experience with the sim card for Greece.

Data was great. I still have no chance to use my phone as the time I needed it didn’t have the app, so phone cannot work

Was able to get 3G speeds in most locations (St. Goar in Germany had some issues), and most of the time was able to get 3G on the train between cities (Southern Germany was definitely more spotty). Issues in Konstanz, Germany with the card flipping back and forth between networks (understandable since so close to the border) making it hard to use. Issue with Salt in Switzerland where it would drop connections fairly regularly and restricted download speeds to where it became extremely difficult to use the card.

Online purchase was a breeze. The package arrived on time.

Overall we had good connectivity throughout most of our holiday except on our cruise in the middle of the ocean which was to be expected.

Excellent! I live in California and I received a SIM card a week after I placed online order.

When I arrived in Spain, I couldn’t get it to work t first, so I quickly checked the troubleshooting list provided and I realized that I forgot to enable roaming feature.

Right after I enabled it, it worked without a glitch. Good download speed. Very satisfied.

I ordered my SIM card on april 29 , 2017 from Lima Peru and in only 5 dasy it arrived by regular post mail. It was surprisingly fast! The SIM Card works very well until now

It was easy to order, they sent it straight to my hotel for me to collect from reception and the data package was more than enough.

Bought a data sim for the whole of europe. Used it in Germany, France, Spain and Potugal. Worked perfectly. For de simcard I used a mifi. Had to chance some settings as given in the letter coming with the simcard. Then ready for use.

For some job unknown reason by experience this time was disappointing -particularly in Russia.
