I ordered a Travelsim Europe Zone 1 SIM and used it in Austria, Greece and Turkey.

It was pretty good. Even though the SIM seemed to have the correct APN, it would not connect to the tower. After using wifi to figure out the APNs for the Netherlands and Belgium, we ended up having to delete the provided 3 APN and put the information in again using the piece of paper sent with the SIM. After that it worked nearly flawlessly.

Easy and efficient. The cards were delivered on time and so easy to keep in contact with home while in Europe with ample data capacity

I received the sim card in a decent time frame with plenty of time for my trip, I haven’t used the card yet, though. Will update after trip.

It has been great to be able to travel around Europe and get data access wherever I go. No problem not having a phone number, I can still call via WhatsApp and Skype and the like. Just pop the SIM card in and it works wherever you go! Excellent!

We go around west EU. It’s easy to use.

Great, simple process to buy, timely delivery of sim cards. Set up for my samsung s5 was simple and effective, with set-up sms received on first registration on a european network. My wife’s samsung s4 did not receive setup sms, and we had to manually register on preferred in each location.

Very bad! I had bought a mifi+data-sim 🙁

Only in Los Angeles (3G) and surrounding area (2G) I did receive the wifi signal; nowhere else. I was in all national parks and big cities nearby … no wifi with T-Mobile.

I found the process of receiving the sim very accommodating. We were already overseas and needed the card delivered to a hotel in Spain. It was there waiting for us on arrival. The performance of the sim and service during our time in Europe was very good. The only hitch we had was when we needed to top up and could not do on website because we were not citizens or had a UK credit card (Australians). However over the phone they were helpful in assisting.

Everything went perfect. The card worked in China for the entire 3 weeks I was there without any problem.
