Prepaidzero was great for our time in Europe but I was unable to top it up as I did not have a British Visa card which was disappointing as I used my ASB Visa card to purchase it

I purchased a package of a Mifi device and a SIM card for my Europe holiday. I had it sent to a friend in Europe and it arrived in a few days.

Good, even if you have troubles with your own mifi they support you correctly

Buy sim card or 10G with10€ of phone call

We ordered 2 SIM cards for a trip to the US. They offer a number of packages, but you have to read the fine print to make sure you get a SIM card with a US phone number (some SIMs have UK numbers).

We first ordered the SIMs with UK numbers, and took us some research to figure out why that happened. Customer support came through, though, and got us SIMs with US numbers in time for our trip.

Unfortunately, one of those SIMs had a technical issue during activation which customer support was unable to correct. We ended up going to a T-Mobile store and purchasing a new SIM there. It worked out to be a bit more expensive than what Prepaidzero is offering, but they quickly refunded the cost of the SIM that didn’t work.

So, in short, service is great, but it’s a complicated product that has multiple opportunities for customers to run into speed bumps along the way. But it beats paying huge international roaming fees.

Pay attention with this company. If something gets wrong, noboday is helping you. I have ordered once a sim card which did not work. So after several callings (because per mail they almost never answer) they informed me to send back the sim card to Amsterdam (headoffice of prepaid zero). After some week the letter/packages comes back to me. So I contacted them again but never received an answer. This is not service and not fair.

Easy to use, connected to Internet without any problems

I ordered the SIM card shortly before departing Australia and had it delivered to my son in USA. Once activated when I arrived in Paris the card operated via numerous carriers which caused black spots with coverage at times. The coverage in Monte Carlo seemed to be non-existed for the Sat 20th May 2017 and the hotel wifi was all I could use.

Very frustrating and disappointing. I ordered 3 x phone SIM cards and 1 x modem + data. We could call each other between the 3 SIM cards, but couldn’t call anywhere from Helsinki or Castlebar in Ireland. Reasonable phone reception in rest of Europe but people kept saying they couldn’t hear me. Would NOT recommend the phone product.

Generally very good. At most times calls were clear enough and data was satisfactory.

Generally it works very good. Internet works very well in Rome, Swiss, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.

I have been using mifi for 4 months already and will still using it in the future.

It works. The app used to make phone calls is not very good, the quality of the calls can be terrible, I don’t think it’s worth it. The internet works well. Easy to start using it. The information about the top up process could be clearer. I wasn’t sure where to go. Overall, I’m satisfied.
