I used a prepaid card in the USA, it worked well but in Some placets it was difficult to make contact with the network

Worked well straight from the box and everywhere I used it.

I had trouble using it when I first arrived in Europe (I brought a Europe SIM), but after a few days with the Prepaidzero team trying to find out the problem and they helped me to reset the SIM card, it worked without any issues – both in Italy and Greece (where I have been to).

The card worked in France, albeit very slowly. It did not work at all in Britain.

Easy to use, worked perfectly

SIM description was spot on and payment was quick and easy. The postage to Australia was under 2 weeks and we had plenty of data to use all over Italy, worked perfectly.

On the first day it doesn’t worked. I contacted support and the responses came very fast. After a couple of tries the problem was solved. After that everything was ok. The speed of 3G network varied and in some cities it was poor.

I always use it and recommend to friends and family!
