I bought a 4G prepaidzero sim card for France.

This card worked well for us

It is great to be able to choose a SIM card with the features I require depending the trip I take. It is a great value, and I remain connected.

Good experience

Easy and quick service. Good price for the amount of data and minutes you get.

I used the SIM in Italy & Austria, I was always connected. Easy to use. In one word: PERFECT.

Generally good. I had some issues, caused by myself, that needed resolution. Responses timely and good.

No problems. Your customer support question is silly if you haven’t used customer support. Any rating would be a lie.

I bought 2 SIM cards which were valid for four months, one for my husband and one for myself. Our requirements were to have enough data and calls or messages to not have to add to the plan during the three months we were away and we needed SIM cards that worked in 8 different countries in Europe.

Mostly good

The card worked perfectly all over the UK and Europe. It even worked when we got back to New Zealand. Excellent.

awful. the data connection kept being lost. I had to call the support several times to reset it. Finally I gave up.

this is just unacceptable

We used it successfully in UK, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Italy.

You could make your instructions more clear. Write them assuming your clients are technically challenged.
